Hi! I’m Emma, an applied aquatic biologist from Victoria, BC, Canada. My research and work focuses on coastal and riparian ecology and conservation. I have a deep love for the unique ecosystems and organisms found along the West Coast of Canada.

I aspire to create a tangible impact on ecosystem functioning and species recovery by finding practical solutions to current challenges posed by climate change and human activities. Through my work, I strive to contribute to the preservation of biodiversity and promote environmental stewardship, ensuring that our ecosystems thrive for generations to come
